EP 03Nepal Is South Asia's Spy Playground: CIA, RAW, ISI
जासुसहरूको अखडा नेपाल?
त्रिनेत्र · The Third Eye
World affairs, explained in Nepali
A war in the Gulf, a visa rule in Canberra, a spy file from the Cold War. Sooner or later they all reach Nepal. Trinetra is a YouTube channel that follows those threads home and tells the story in Nepali, with the sources out in the open.

Nepal Is South Asia's Spy Playground: CIA, RAW, ISI
जासुसहरूको अखडा नेपाल?
Why does every spy in South Asia seem to pass through Nepal? From the CIA's secret war in Mustang, documented in declassified US records, to the IC-814 hijacking, ISI cases in Kathmandu, RAW and Sikkim, and China's pressure on Tibetans in Nepal. Told in Nepali.

We are two curious people who got stuck on the same question: when something happens far away, what does it mean for Nepal?
The world is getting tenser by the month. Wars spread, visa rules change overnight, and the big powers are watching the Himalaya more closely than before. Nepali families feel it through jobs in the Gulf, children studying abroad and prices at home. Yet most of the analysis arrives in English, arrives late, or is written for someone else.
So we started Trinetra. We read the reports, the declassified files and the fine print, then turn them into episodes in Nepali that a busy person can follow from start to finish.
We keep our names off the channel. We would rather you judge the work by its sources. More about us

Fact, claim or allegation
We say which is which. If something is only alleged, it says so on screen.
